Please note that the above information is needed to make any busing changes. All changes will be made in the order that they are received. No change will be made without a valid phone number where a parent/guardian can be contacted. In order to ensure the safety of your child, pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to one location each. In the event that you move or change daycare providers, you will need to contact the Transportation Department at 906-786-4661 at least one week before the change will take effect. You will need to provide transportation for your child until busing can be arranged.
